Hello My name is Rose. I am 24 years old. Most of the women in my family suffer from some kind of "ED" I have watched my Aunts go from 130 lbs to 300 lbs then back down to 130 in 2 years time. My mom would go on fasting diets for days at a time then binge and gain all of it back. My Great Grandmother will be the first one to tell you that you have put on weight. "A womans figure is something a man will never forget" She would say. I have anorexia with a bit of Mia if I feel I ate to much and that about every 4 days. I first relised this about 2 years ago. Although I think it started in high school. I also work out every single day. If I miss a day I feel sick and the guilt is worse then if I ate a cheese burger. I am also married and a mother.That can make things hard to hide. I don't want to pass this down to my daughter, but I don't want a fat daughter either. I never plan to let her know this and I do want to find a healthy way to keep weight under wrap, not so much for me but for her. The ED can stop with me.
